Les animaux : Première partie. Les mammifères

This volume of the dictionary, dedicated to mammals, contains 49 different lemmas. Of these lemmas, three regard animals in general, and 24 concern domestic animals, while 20 are dedicated to wild animals, and another two to mythical beings. For the creation of surnames, wild animals occupy a more important place than domestic animals, with "sublime" creatures such as lion, bear, wolf, etc., being a particularly relevant basis for name creation.
